Describe the Issue

We Schedule a Return

If it's within your warranty period and appears to be a workmanship issue, we schedule a return visit. No diagnostic fee, no trip charge for warranty calls.

We Fix It

Our licensed C-36 plumber assesses the issue on-site. If it's a covered workmanship defect, we repair it at no charge. If it's outside the warranty, we'll tell you clearly — and give you options.
